NDA and code rights
We have reviewed contract documentation. Confidentiality, code rights, third-party licences and handover are agreed for the specific project.
DPA and data transfers
Where processing is involved, agree roles, data, safeguards and any applicable transfer mechanism, such as EU standard contractual clauses, before access begins.
Commercial terms
We invoice in EUR. Confirm rates, billing cadence and minimum duration in the proposal. Tax treatment is determined for the specific agreement.

Which language will we use?
Aleksandar B., our DACH contact, holds conversations in German and English. We agree the language for project documentation and day-to-day delivery before the engagement starts.
How is the work billed?
We offer a fixed-fee Discovery sprint, a fixed scope, time and materials, or monthly billing for dedicated team capacity. We invoice in EUR. Rates and terms are confirmed in your proposal.
Do you have a published DACH case study?
Our two published cases are from Abu Dhabi. We do not present them as German, Austrian or Swiss client projects.
