What do we agree up front?
Start date, billing, minimum engagement, reporting, any trial period, capacity changes, handovers and notice periods. These depend on the engagement and are confirmed in the agreement.

When can a team start?
Availability depends on the skills and team size you need. We discuss availability and agree on a start date during planning, before you commit to the engagement.
Can the team grow or change?
We review upcoming needs together. Changes in capacity, specialist roles or team members are planned with you, including handover and continuity of product knowledge.
What happens if a team member needs to be replaced?
We agree on the replacement process during onboarding. Any change should include a planned handover, access review and clear responsibilities so delivery can continue.
How do communication and reporting work?
